The liberate of feeling is to abandon their feeling. Thoughts and feeling from the inside have show to the outside by acting.
First one is to abandon their feeling to friends, best friend or family. When you had to abandon your bad feeling to your friends, your best friend or your family like amyone in your family, boyfriend/girlfriend, friends etc. Is the best way to liberate your stress and depressed. Cause it's not just make you feeling relax from your stress, you'll got good advice to fix things in your life.Like about your study or human society from anyone you love and be kind for you.Second one is to abandon with yourself. Some time anyone who got stress doesn't want to talk to anybody. So you can write on paper or on dialy to liberate your feeling. So don't be afraid if you got stress but whenever you start to feel stressed or depressed. You need to stop trying to control it. Let it go and try to get your stress off of your life.
