รบกวนถามผล x-ray หน่อยค่ะ

สวัสดีค่ะ คือตาเราไปเอ็กเรย์ที่โรงพยาบาลมาเนื่องจากเค้ามีอาการปวดหัวมากๆ ปากเบี้ยว ตาตกแล้วก็ปิดไม่สนิทค่ะ ผลเอ็กเรย์ออกมาอย่างนี้อ่ะค่ะ
FINDINGS: The study reveals old cerebral infarction at left parietal region.
No intra- or extracranial hemorrhage is noted.
No subfalcine, uncal, transtentorial or tonsillar herniation is depicted.
No dilatation of the ventricular system.
Visualize pituitary gland and cavernous sinus are unremarkable.
No shifting of midline structure is seen.
Both orbit, the PNSs and both mastoid air cells appear normal.
Bony structure is intact.
IMPRESSION:
Old cerebral infarction at left parietal region.
No abnormal enhancing lesion in this study
