2. Travel history for every trip during the last 15 years
3. The names of any siblings/children/spouse or former spouses not recorded on the DS-160
4. All addresses during the last 15 years, including current address
5. All prior passport numbers and country of issuance
6. Prior occupations for the last 15 years, including a brief description of each occupation
7. Full Education history
8. Email addresses and phone numbers from the past 5-years
9. Public-facing social media platforms and identifiers/handles used during the last five years. This includes any websites or application you have used to create or share content (photos, videos, status updates, etc) as part of a public profile.
10. For males 18 years of age or older, list prior military service, including specific branch rank, brief description of responsibilities, and service dates, or reason for exemption from service.
