No tibial translation or fracture is detected

Femorotibial cartilages : normal

ACL; normal
PCL; normal
Medial meniscus; normal
Lateral meniscus; normal
MCL; normal

Iliotibial tract; strain and attaching lateral femoral condyle. The lateral femoral condyle has some bone bruise

Posterolateral corner; intact LCL, popliteal tendon, biceps tendon. No sign of small ligament tear (fabellofibular, arcuate, popliteofibular ligaments)

Patellofemoral joint ; normal alignment, no chondral injury, normal bilateral retinacula

Quadriceps and patellar tendons; normal

No joint effusion, synovitis or plica.

Impression;

Iliotibial band friction syndrome (to lateral femoral condyle)

Not seen hanstring injury within this study.
