เสียบสาย Lan ต่อ notebook ใช้ไม่ได้

เสียแล้วใช้ไม่ได้ ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นเลยครับ อาการเหมือนมันไม่คอนเน็คให้
ผมก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าต้องทำยังไงจนปัญญาและครับ

ผมต่อสาย Lan ปกติไม่ได้ไปตั้งอะไร
ปิด adapter Wireless จนหมดแล้วแต่ก็ยังใช้ไม่ได้ ในภาพคือ LAC 2 มีรูปกากาบาท (ผมต้องเปิด wirelss เพื่อพิมพันทิป)
