I think Agoda should really impove. There are 3 main reasons, firstly, the room is not the same as the one we are booking in the website. Secondly, after we contact Agoda office, Agoda took a while to decide and contact us back that they will let us upgrade the room but we also need to pay. Thirdly, the most dissapointed for us is, in the information, there will be a breakfast for us, unfortunately they are none, and the office promise us to deal with this problem since 17.16 pm of the day that we check-in but we did not get any response back. We were very surprised by booking hotel with Agoda and very dissappinted in staying at this hotel at this time.
