ผมใช้เครื่อง HP Laserjet P1102 บน window7 นะครับ
ปัญหาในตอนนี้คือ เวลาสั่งพิมพ์งานเอกสาร จะกี่ copy ก็ตาม จะพิมพ์ออกมาแค่ชุดเดียวตลอด
ซึ่งพอลองหาวิธีแก้ไขในเบื้องต้น จากหลายที่ก็ให้ทำเหมือนกันคือ
On your local computer, click on the Start menu and select Devices and Printers.
Right-click your Laserjet printer and select Printer Properties from the pop-up menu. (This is not Properties at the bottom of the menu)
Click the Device Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom and expand Installable Options.
Click the Enabled link next to Mopier Mode.
Select Disabled from the drop-down list.
Click OK.
Close the Devices and Printers window.
แต่ปัญหาคือเมื่อเปิด device setting tab ก็จะขึ้นแบบนี้ และผมไม่สามารถหา mopier mode จากที่ไหนได้เลยครับ จึงไม่สามารถแก้ไขให้พิมพ์งานได้ปกติเลยครับ
ขอรบกวนด้วยครับ printer hp ไม่สามารถพิมพ์หลาย copy ได้ แก้ไขอย่างไรดีครับ
