กลุ่ม (group) คือกลุ่มบุคคลที่ประสานความพยายามของแต่ละคน ในทางตรงกันข้ามทีม (team) คือกลุ่มคนที่มีเป้าหมายร่วมกันและมีเป้าหมายที่ท้าทายร่วมกันอื่นๆ สมาชิกของทีมมีความมุ่งมั่นและหน้าที่ร่วมกันในการบรรลุเป้าหมาย กลุ่มต่างคนต่างทำ ทีมทำงานร่วมกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียว
A group is a collection of individuals who coordinate their individual efforts. On the other hand, at team is a group of people who share a common team purpose and a number of challenging goals. Members of the team are mutually committed to the goals and to each other. Group members act as individuals. Team members act as a cohesive unit.
