บัญชีผู้ขายใน Amazon ถูกปิด เนื่องจากเคยสมัครไว้แต่ไม่เคยลงขาย ขอวิธีแก้ไขค่ะ

ขอวิธีแก้ไขเพื่อให้เราลงขายของได้อีกครั้งคะ ทาง Amazon แจ้งมาว่า เราสามารถซื้อได้อย่างเดียว แต่ไม่ให้ลงขายเพราะเราไม่เคยลงขายเลยตั้งแต่สมัคร เราต้องทำยังไงคะ  ที่เค้าบอกให้ register new accout นี่สามารถใช้ชื่อเดิม บัตรเครดิตใบเดิมกับที่เคยสมัครไว้แล้วได้รึเปล่าคะ คือตอนนี้อยากลงขายของมาก ไม่เคยทำผิดกฏใดๆของ Amazon เลย แค่สมัครไว้นานแล้วไม่ได้ลงขายเท่านั้น ทำไมเว็บนี้โหดจัง  รบกวนขอคำชี้แนะจากผู้รู้ด้วยเถิดค่ะ  ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าค่ะ
