เปิด Adobe Flash cs6 ไม่ได้ค่ะ

พอเปิดมาAdobe Flash ขึ้นมา มันจะขึ้นหน้าต่างมาบอกว่า

แล้วก็จะมีไฟล์   FlashPro crash log (1) .mdmp ขึ้นมาวางไว้ตรงหน้าเดสท็อปค่ะ ถ้าลองเปิดใหม่ก็เป็นเหมือนเดิมค่ะT T
