การฝึกปฎิบัติที่วัดป่าถ้ำวัว

ตามข่าวกล่าวถึงการ ปฎิบัติธรรม ที่วัดป่า ถ้ำวัว

มีชาวต่างชาติ ต่างศาสนามาร่วมปฎิบัติหลายคน

ผมสงสัยว่า การปฎิบัติอย่างนี้ เป็นพิธีกรรมการปฎิบัติธรรมของศาสนาพุทธ

หรือ  เป็นการฝึกปฎิบัติสมาธิ  ซึ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องนับถือศาสนาพุทธ

การฝึกปฎิบัติที่เรียกว่า Meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual operates or trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize

some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself.
