มีใครเคยจองเที่ยวบิน Vietnam airline ผ่านทาง Expedia แล้วขึ้นแบบนี้บ้างครับ
พอดีซื้อตั๋วไว้ล่วงหน้าไปญี่ปุ่น/ชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิตหลายเดือนแล้ว แล้วก็ได้รหัสยืนยันกับหมายเลขตั๋วมา
ก็นำรหัส PNR สายการบินที่ได้จาก Expedia ไปกรอกๆ ดูข้อมูลตอนแรกมันก็ขึ้นปกติ
แต่พอตอนนี้เข้าไปดูอีกครั้งมันขึ้นว่า
"Ticket information
We cannot recognize some reservation and/or electronic ticket elements. If you have any queries about your reservation, please contact the office that made the reservation and/or issued the ticket."
และ
Payment Summary
We were not able to retrieve information to fare purchased We were not able to retrieve some payment information
เดี๋ยวพรุ่งนี้จะโทรถามสายการบินกับ Expedia
แต่ตอนนี้อยากรู้ว่าใครเคยเจอปัญหานี้บ้างมั้ยครับ
