ต้องขอเกิ่นก่อนว่าเพิ่งเรียนจบจากมหาลัยชื่อดังย่านบางนาตราด และได้มีโอกาศเข้ามาทำแผนกจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ ทำงาน จ-ศ และ เสาร์ เว้น เสาร์ เข้างาน 8.30 - 18.00 เงินเดือนที่ได้ คือ 14k หักทุกอย่างเหลือ 12.8 k ซึ่งไม่ถึง มาตรฐาน ของเด็กจบมหาลัยนานาชาติด้วย เหตุผลที่เข้าบริษัทนี้เพราะใกล้บ้าน 5 นาที แต่พออยู่ได้ สัก 3-4 เดือน เริ่มไม่ใช่ครับ
Job description ของผมคือ :
- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, shipping agents by phone calls, email & chats.
- Request samples from suppliers for new product testing.
- Send samples to TISI & Metropolitan Electricity Authority.
- Negotiate Price, MOQ, and L/C term with vendors.
- Coordinate with accounting manager to open L/C from bank.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, technician, and graphic designer to complete the task on a scheduled date.
- Coordinate with assembly plant if the shipments are SKD or CKD.
- Check the documents such as quotation, PI, BL, FE, FD, CI and PL.
- Reconcile the goods on arrival.
- Report results and update shipment during meeting.
