“The minister said in the meeting, school buses must be international standard and should not use private cars,” said a headmaster who attended the meeting.

Yangon Region governments have already ordered 200 school buses from Korea and this new school bus system will be implemented in the coming academic years. The new school buses are yellow and include CCTV and GPS systems, in accordance to international standards.
