The 「National training centre」,which forms the core of the「Training centre system」, is a place where selected players of all over the country are provided of a good training environment and are strengthened and developed, as well as a place where coaches can improve their level.
ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมแห่งชาติคือแกนของระบบฝึกอบรมเป็นที่ที่จัดให้มีสิ่งแวดล้อมรวมไปถึงทรัพยากรส่วนควบที่ดีและเหมาะสมเหมาะแก่การขัดเกลาและพัฒนานักเตะที่ถูกเลือกมาจากทั่วทุกภูมิภาคของประเทศ และในทางเดียวกันโคชก็จะได้ยกระดับความสามารถทักษะการโคชชิ่งขึ้นไปด้วย
From 1996, in order to improve the transmission of information and the sharing system, it has changed its form, from tournament form to workshop form, and from「Japanese football's problems」discovered by taking into account the world's standards, themes for each generation are established and trainings and lectures in order to solve these problems are carried out.
ตั้งแต่ปี 1996 เป็นต้นมา การส่งต่อข่าวสาร และการกระจายข้อมูล เปลี่ยนจากการโฟกัสที่แต่ละทัวร์นาเมนท์ เป็นการทำแบบเวิร์คชอป ต่อเนื่องกันไป โดยแยกพิจารณา ปัญหาของฟุตบอลญี่ปุ่นในแต่ละช่วงอายุ แต่ใช้มาตรฐานฟุตบอลระดับโลกเป็นตัวชี้วัด หลังจากนั้นจะได้ตีม ( e.g Thailand Ways) ของการฝึก รวมไปถึงวิธีการแก้ปัญหาจะถูกปรุงออกมา ในภาพรวมทั้งระบบ
Moreover, themes and training key factors are expressed to regional training centre's coaching staff and to coaches participating to the coach training courses held at the same time, so that information and knowledge are transmitted also to regional/ prefectural training centre's players and players of grassroots team.
หลังจากนั้น ตีมการฝึก และ training key factor (การเล่นเป็นทีม รูปแบบการเล่น ทักษะเฉพาะตัวที่ต้องปรับปรุง 9ล9) จะถูกโยนกระจายไปยังศูนย์ฝึกระดับภูมิภาค ข้อมูลดังกล่าวรวมไปถึงความรู้ที่ได้คัดมาแล้ว จะถูกส่งผ่านไประดับที่ลึกกว่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็น สตาฟและนักเตะที่ถูกเรียกตัว(มายังศูนย์ภูมิภาค) หรือแม้กระมั่งเพื่อนร่วมทีมของนักเตะเหล่านั้นอย่างพร้อมเพรียง (นักเตะที่ถูกเรียกตัว ถูกคาดหวังว่าจะเป็นสื่อช่วยกระจายข้อมูลไปยังทีมและเพื่อนร่วมทีมต้นสังกัด)
By using「National training centre」as a transmission source, basis for the strengthening and the development are established.
