ผมจองตั๋วจาก KUL-BKK ชั้นธุรกิจ ผ่าน Expedia แต่วันนี้ จนท โทรมาแจ้งว่าระบบมีปัญหาตอนที่เราจอง ทำให้ราคาไม่ถูกต้อง จึงเสนอทางเลือกให้เรา ซึ่งผมคิดว่ามันไม่ใช่ความผิดของลูกค้า แล้วจองไปนานแล้ว ทำไมเพิ่งจะมีการแจ้งไม่ทราบว่ามีใครโดนเหมือนผมบ้าง แล้วทำยังไงกันครับ ขอความคิดเห็นหน่อยครับ

3) If you accept to pay additional fare please contact nearest airline office prior to your departure date to make payment for fare difference and airline will reissue ticket on Business class.
