Given the conditions selected previously, you need a visa in order to travel to Romania.

“An essential precondition for the equivalence of these visas as Romanian national visas is that they be valid, namely that the number of entries, right of stay and visa validity period not have been used up. • valid travel document;• photographs;• accommodation;• travel ticket;• vehicle supporting documents;• travel medical insurance;• means of support;• proof of itinerary;Travel alert – Polioviruses:
For persons coming from Afghanistan and Pakistan who wish to travel to Romania, the obligation for OPV (oral polio vaccine) or IPV (injectable polio vaccine) vaccination is maintained. The aforementioned categories of persons do not have the right to leave the territories of said states, regardless of the border crossing point (road, naval, air), without documents that attest to antipolio vaccination, the authorities of said states having the right to forbid that they leave the territory. To avoid such situations, persons from the aforementioned categories applying for Romanian entry visas are required to submit their international vaccination certificates that attest to their antipolio vaccination.
For citizens from the aforementioned states that have not been vaccinated in the past 12 months, vaccination shall be made 4 weeks prior to the trip or, in cases of emergency, right before the trip.
