เดิมเครื่องสแกนลายนิ้วมือเชื่อมต่อผ่านสาย LAN กับคอมพิวเตอร์ค่ะ เพื่อใช้ดึงข้อมูลจากเครื่องสแกนลายนิ้วมือมาใช้กับคอมพิวเตอร์ (อยู่กันคนละชั้น ตอนนั้นไม่ได้เชื่อมผ่านเราเตอร์ เพราะช่องเต็ม ต้องต่อกับกล้องวงจรปิดด้วย) ส่วนอินเตอร์เน็ตเชื่อมต่อผ่าน WiFi ก็เคยใช้ได้ปกติ ต่อมามีปัญหาว่าเครื่องต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตผ่าน WiFi ไม่ได้ น้องเลยยกเครื่องตัวนี้ไปที่ร้าน

พอกลับมาล้างเครื่องหมด ไม่ได้ backup ข้อมูลไว้เลย เรามาลงใหม่ ก็มีปัญหาค่ะ คือลงโปรแกรมของเครื่องสแกนลายนิ้วมือ ตั้งค่า แล้วสั่งเชื่อมต่อ ปรากฏว่าเชื่อมต่อล้มเหลว เลยลอง ping ดูค่ะ

เลข ip ของเครื่องสแกนลายนิ้วมือที่เปิดไปดูที่เครื่องนะคะ ระบุ 192.168.001.225 port 5005

ลอง ping 192.168.1.225 ปรากฏว่าขึ้น request time out

ลองปิด Windows Firewall รวมทั้งเซ็ตค่า User Account Control แล้วก็ไม่หายค่ะ

ลองดูที่หน้าจอเครื่องสแกนลายนิ้วมือ ก็เห็นสัญลักษณ์ว่าเชื่อมต่อกับเครื่องคอมผ่านสาย LAN อยู่ การ ping จากคอมไปเครื่องสแกนฯ ก็คือ ส่งข้อมูลไปได้ แต่ไม่ได้รับข้อมูลกลับค่ะ

อยากขอคำชี้แนะจากผู้รู้ค่ะว่าแก้ไขยังไง โทรแจ้งช่างที่มาติดตั้งเครื่องสแกนก็ช่วยอะไรไม่ได้ เอาเครื่องกลับไปที่ร้าน พอรับกลับมาก็เหมือนเดิม เลยอยากแก้ไขปัญหาเองค่ะ
