ลงวินโด้ไม่ได้ทำไงดีครับ

สอบถามหน่อยครับ คือได้ทำการซื้ออุปกรณ์คอมมาประกอบแล้วติดปัญหาตรงที่ลง windows ไม่ผ่านครับ ตอนแรกก็ลงได้ปกติ แต่ก่อนที่จะ restart ช่วงนับถอยหลัง 10 วิ จะมีข้อความ Windows could not prepare the computer

 จะเล่าตั้งแต่แรกนะครับ   ในความโง่ของผมทำโทรศัพท์หล่นใส่เครื่องคอม ทำให้คอมดับ เปิดอีกทีก็เข้าหน้า DESKTOP ไม่ได้เลย  Repair วนไปก็ไม่ได้ จึงคิดว่าอาจจะเป็นเพราะ Windows เจ๊งหรือป

ผมซื้อ windows 10. Fpp ของแท้มา จะมา upgrade. Windows 7 64bit เถื่อน หลังจาก boot. ด้วย usb เข้าไปแล้ว เลือกระบบ 64bit เลือกinstall now เลือกUpgrade ใส่ Key แล้วมันก็ขึ้นแบบนี้ the computer started
