เข้า control panel ไม่ได้ครับ ขึ้น Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library แล้วโปรแกรมก็หลุดหมด

ครับ พอดับเบิ้ลคลิก control panel ปุ๊บ มันก็ขึ้น หน้าต่าง มีกากบาท หัวข้อ Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library ในช่องมีเนื้อความว่า

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

แล้วก็มีให้กด OK พอกดไปปุ๊บ ก็ขึ้นอีกหน้าต่าง

เนื้อหาคือ
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem and try restart the program.
มีช้อยให้เลือก2ข้อ
-Check onlne for a solution and restart the program
-Restart the program

อ่ออีกอย่างเครื่องผมพึ่งได้มา เปนมือ2เจ้าของเก่าเค้าคงเจอปัญหานี้เหมือนกัน
อยากทราบว่ามีวิธีแก้ไหมครับ ลอง uninstall visuall c++ ลงใหม่แล้วก็ไม่หายไม่รู้จะเป็นที่ตัวไหนครับ
หรือถ้าจนปัญญาจริงๆ ลงวินโดวใหม่จะหายไหมครับ
