ใช้บัตรของน้องซื้อตั๋วเครื่องบิน PAL ครับ และน้องไม่ได้เดินทางไปด้วย ผมเห็นรายละเอียดในเอกสารยืนยัน ระบุว่า

If the credit card holder is not part of the travelling party, Carrier reserves the right to require presentation of clear frontal
photocopies of the credit card used and the valid photo ID of the credit card holder at the ticket collection point, upon
checkin
and in cases of reissuance, rebooking and/or refund. It is credit card holder’s sole responsibility to ensure
passenger(s) compliance with this requirement.

อันนี้คือต้องทำตามที่เขาบอกใช่อย่างเคร่งครัดใช่ไหมครับ

และในกรณีที่จะ rebooking ก็ต้องให้เจ้าของบัตรเป็นคนดำเนินการ หรือขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมด้วยหรือเปล่าครับ
