          before departure means before ticketed flight
          date.
          after departure means on/after ticketed flight
          date.

คือเข้าใจว่า ถ้ายกเลิกตั๋วก่อนหรือหลังวันที่ระบุในตั๋ว จะต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมการยกเลิกในอัตราดังกล่าว แต่อยากทราบว่า ถ้าเสียค่าธรรมเนียมแล้วจะได้เงินค่าตั๋วคืนไหม อ่านแล้วไม่แน่ใจค่ะ เลยอยากสอบถามผู้รู้ค่ะ
