คือหลังจากได้กรอกส่งไปครั้งนึงแล้ว ทางZazzle ตอบกลับมาตามนี้ค่ะ

If you would like to qualify for lower tax rate according to tax treaties between the country you are in and the United States, please update your form with the information required in section 5 plus all of the information requested in Part II on your W8 form. Section 10 on your form is currently not complete. If you cannot provide a valid ITIN for section 5, please submit your foreign tax identification number in section 6.
- เข้าใจว่าถ้าไม่มีข้อมูล ITIN ใน section 5 สามารถกรอก foreign tax identification number ใน section 6 แทนได้
ในส่วนนี้เราสามารถกรอกเลขบัตรประชาชนใน section 6 ได้ไหมคะ
- ข้อมูลใน section 10 ต้องกรอกว่าอะไรบ้างคะ ดูจากหลายๆที่ เห็นว่าไม่กรอกกัน แต่ zazzle บังคับมาน่ะค่ะ
