ช่วยด้วยครับ ผมลง iTunes ใน pc ไม่ได้ครับ

พอดี iTunes อันเก่าผมมันเสียครับ ผมเลยลบแล้วลงใหม่ พอลงใหม่มันขึ้น error มาครับว่า
"There is a problem with this Window Installer Packgage.A problem required for this install to complete could not be run.Contact your support personnel or packgage vendor."
ผมต้องทำยังไงครับใครรู้ช่วยบอกที ไม่รู้ว่าแท็กถูกรึเปล่านะครับ ถ้าผิดก็ต้องขออภัยครับ
