เนื่องจากวันที่ 13 ตค มีฟุตบอลโลกคัดเลือกโซนเอเชีย ระหว่างเวียดนามกับไทย ที่ฮานอย จขกท กับเพื่อนเลย จองตั๋ว ราคา 45 บาทไม่รวมภาษีสนามบินกับสายการบิน JET STAR โดยจองไปวันที่ 13 ตค ระบบ booking ทั้งหมดเป็นภาษาไทย ใบ summary booking ก็เป็นภาษาไทย แต่ พอวันนี้เดือน กย ทาง สายการบิน ส่ง itinerary note มาให้ เลื่อนเป็น 14 ตค ซึ่ง จขกท ตกใจมาก โดยทาง สายการบินแจ้งมาว่า จขกท บุคผิด ติดต่อ call center ที่ ไทยก็ให้ติดต่อกับ สำนักงานใหญ่ที่ Australia ได้ความดังนี้

I've had a look into your booking and I'm afraid as per the fare rules you agreed to at the time of booking this Starter fare booking is non refundable and that any changes to name, date or time will incur a change fee per person, plus any fare difference applicable.
We do outline our fare rules and fees and charges on our website, and in the terms and conditions that customers must acknowledge before they confirm their flights. While I appreciate that people make mistakes, I'm afraid that you have an opportunity to check the booking details on the final payment page in the booking process.

จขกท ต้องเสียตังค่า charge ในการ เลื่อนไฟ เอง จขกท เลยต้องทิ้งตั๋วไม่ได้ไปเวียดนาม เตือนภัยไว้เลยนะคะ ตอนนี้ เราจะแก้ปัญหา ได้ไง ถ้าให้บิน 14 เราก้ไม่ไป บอลแข่ง 13 และ เลือนบินไปวันที่ 12 ก็ต้องเสียค่าบริการ 5000 กว่าบาทต่อคน ค่าจองรอบแรก จขกท ก็เสียไป 8063 บาทแล้วต่อ 2 ที่นั่ง และไม่ได้คืนสักบาท เพราะเป็นภาษีสนามบินล้วนๆ เตือนเลยค่ะ ใครจะใช้บริการ jetstar คิดให้ดี ตอนนี้เสียดายเงินมากๆ เพราะไม่ไ้ดบุค ผิดวัน แต่ระบบ บังคับ
จุดพีคอยู่ที่ว่า จขกท ขอเปลี่ยนวันเดินทางเป็น 13 ตค ได้ไหมคะ call center ที่ไทยบอกว่า วันที่ 13 ตค มีไฟลทเดียวนะคะ ไม่มีไฟลทตรงจากสุวรรณภูมิไป ฮานอยค่ะ ไม่แต่ สุวรรณภูมิไป โฮจิมิน และ รอต่อเครื่อง 3 ชม ไปฮานอย พอดีคะ บอลเลิกพอดีค่ะ ถึงฮานอย 3 ทุ่ม แต่ทำไมวันที่บุค เดือน มิย ถึงมีให้บุค 13 เทียวบิน BL 668 ตอนนี้เครียดมากๆค่ะ เสียเวลา deal กับ พนง ภาษาอังกฤษ เสียดายตัง และแผนล้ม โมโหมาก อดดูบอล
