Suboptimal inspiration as compared with 08-08-2014.  Reticulonodular infiltration in both lower lobes, more in lll+bilateral apical pleural thickening with suspected subplerual minimal fibrosis are suggested. Infectious process in both lungs, atypical Tbc. or pneumonia, clinical correlation is recommended + further investigations.
