Baby News!
We’d like to share the happy news that Destinee Hooker is expecting another baby with her new man Robert Washington.
Hooker, who has NOT played for Team USA since competing at the 2012 Olympics, has reportedly canceled her contract to play in the Chinese League this season due to her pregnancy.
The 28 year old is due to give birth in early next year.
She is also in the process of finalizing a divorce with her husband, Steve, whom she has accused of setting up fake volleyball camps and collecting payments from applicants.
As for her future in volleyball, it looks like we WILL NOT SEE HER playing for Team USA in the 2016 Olympics – if USA qualifies.
Can we safely say she’s done with the National Team? Unless Coach Kiraly changes his mind but we doubt it.
