Does anyone know where to get the English translation of the new Gender Equality bill 2015?

I'm currently interested in the recent develop of the gender equality issue in Thailand and am interested in acquiring an English translation of the Gender Equality bill 2015 (พระราชบัญญัติความเท่าเทียมระหว่างเพศ 2558). Does anyone know where to get the English translation of the bill?
