Line cannot be installed because uac(user accont control)

กำลังจะติดตั้ง ไลน์ลงบน PC แต่มี error เด้งมา ต้องแก้ยังไงบ้าง ขอบคุณค่ะ

เราโหลดโปรแกรมจากเว็บนี้ http://line.me/en/download แต่พอโหลดมาแล้วมันฟ้องว่า LINE connot be installed UAC (User Account Control) is not enabled in the OS. Please logon as administrator and try agai

ล็อคอินเข้า user แล้วมันเขียนว่า The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.. ปกติมันไม่ต้องใส่รหัสก็เข้าได้แล้วครับ
