Back in May, filming wrapped for the 32nd edition of Survivor. As first revealed here on Inside Survivor, the title and theme of the season is Survivor: Kaôh Rōng – Brawn vs Brains vs Beauty 2, and filming took place on Koh Rong Island in Cambodia. The conditions had previously been described as “brutal” and a “nightmare”, with cast and crew suffering horrendous bug bites and infections.

In a recent roundtable interview with The Hollywood Reporter, executive producer and reality-tv extraordinaire Mark Burnett revealed some more information regarding the conditions in Cambodia in relation to Season 32.

MARK BURNETT On Survivor — a lot. Last season, we had three evacuations, the most ever in a season. It was the humidity, cuts, people getting infected and then trying so hard on the challenges. But we tend to show most things. As a producer you get worried, but [host] Jeff Probst runs the show, and I know if my phone’s ringing at 3 or 4 a.m., it’s Jeff and it’s not a good phone call.

Burnett confirms the extreme Cambodian conditions and claims that there were three contestants medically evacuated on Survivor Season 32. While this is technically true, not all the evacuations happened within the game itself. Inside Survivor can confirm that one contestant was medically evacuated from the game due to heat exhaustion, but the other two evacuations happened after the contestants had already been eliminated. All three contestants were sent back early to the US to recover from their injuries.

[Spoil] คลิกเพื่อดูข้อความที่ซ่อนไว้Woman, early 30's, by a close (4-3-2) vote. Runner up is a white male, 2nd runner up AA woman. Formed an alliance at the tribe dissolve, went in 5-6 at the merge. Lost a member before two consecutive idol plays got them back up to 4-4. Tie. Rocks go in her favor, go into the F4 at 3-1. She wins both of the final two challenges, taking out the last member of the opposing alliance.

Two medevac scares (older male; younger female) but no actual medevac. Female Coach-type is the merge boot. Tribe colors are a purplish-red, swampy green colour and dark teal. Merge is white.

Its consistent with Redmond's post about the conditions at Koh Rong as well, but thetribe colous aren't the same. I really dont believe it, but if it's true, Female underdog winner, rock draws,female Coach, first winner to win by plurality rather than majority. It sounds like a very good season to me.
