ซึ่งผมก็ส่งพวก report กับ presentation ที่ทำเกี่ยวกับงานปัจจุบันไป แต่ report ผมส่วนใหญ่เป็นภาษาไทย เพราะเป็นบริษัทคนไทย เลยเขียนอธิบายแยกอีกไฟล์นึงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษไป
แล้วเค้าก็ตอบกลับมาว่าใช้ไม่ได้ ให้ส่งไปใหม่ เลยไม่เข้าใจว่า เค้าต้องการอะไรกันแน่

A Portfolio of Evidence should demonstrate a candidate’s critical thinking and writing skills. It is normally requested from candidates who may not have an undergraduate degree equivalent to UK upper second class level. Your Portfolio should relate to your experience in the workplace; it should be a brief report of at least 3 to 4 sides of A4 and should include the scope of your experience, your role/s, key challenges faced and lessons learnt. Examples of any projects you have managed or played a key role in would be welcomed. We are looking for evidence of your ability to reflect on your experience and apply critical analysis.
