"You may not use Cerberus or any location information displayed within Cerberus to stalk, harass, abuse, defame, threaten or defraud other users, or collect, attempt to collect, or store location or personal information about others."
"You agree that LSDroid, in the good faith belief that you have violated any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, may terminate any account or subscription (or any part thereof) you have with the LSDroid Services or use of the LSDroid Services and remove and discard all or any part of your account, at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to the LSDroid Services or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that LSDroid will not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination."
Cerberus is an anti-theft application, which may be useful in case your device is lost or stolen. The Terms and Conditions are very clear about what you can or can't do with it. You can't use Cerberus as a parental control software, or to "monitor" other people, and we have the right to enforce the Agreement you accepted when you created your account.
Your account will not be unblocked. You might find other apps that better suit your needs, like mSpy, Mobistealth or Spyera.
If you want to receive the refund of your payment and the deletion of your account, send us an email indicating your username and the Google order number/PayPal transaction ID of the purchase. All other requests will be ignored.
