No.1 The football club hereby agrees to employ the football player to perform for a period of _____ Year. Day of _______ month _______ year _______. Contract terminated on day of _______ month ________ year _______. Before a contract will be terminated, each party may have a continuing the agreement for as occasionally.
No.2 The football club agrees to make a payment for football player as follows: 2.1 The football player will receive monthly remuneration at the rate of __________ Baht ( ____________________ ). Provided that the football player must be practicing to follow the specify date. The remuneration will be paid monthly on the 5th of each next month.
2.2 The football player will receive daily remuneration at the rate of __________ Baht ( ____________________ ). The remuneration will be paid monthly on the 15th of each next month.
2.3 Other conditions of benefits will be following the football club’s set of regulations, or consented of Department of Football Club’s committee, or it could be adding new specifies later.
No.3 Football Player hereby certifies as follows:
3.1 The football player will abide by the rules and regulation of football club, both of this employee contract and the new regulations which will be making in the future also.
3.2 The football player will abide to perform full capabilities in training, competition, and will perform follow training of coach, official teams, and administrator strictly.
3.3 The football player will abide to perform for the winning and the football club’s fame.
3.4 The football player is not allowed to play for other football team or contribution to advertise or publicizing for any business; unless, having permitted signature by the football club.
4. The football club is able to termination of the contract immediately, without paid and compensation to the football player in case of:
4.1 Death of the football player and completion of term of employment
4.2 Resignation that allowed from the football club
4.3 Breaches of discipline, regulations, football club’s impair the reputation or making any breach of statutory duty of a good football player
4.4 Making of quarrel, create dissension or making a split up with football play team
4.5 Do not respect the coach, official teams, and administrator strictly
5. Removal or Resignation from the football club; the football player must be making a resignation paper by to do follow the set of regulations and having a permitted from the football club. The football club is able to call compensation for removal or resignation from the football player.
6. If the football player breaks one of these rules, the football player will abide by to compensate to the football club at the rate of __________ Baht ( ____________________ ). And if any injuries that happened to the football club, the, football player will be agreed to compensate to the Football Club at the rate of __________ Baht ( ____________________ ).
7. Each partly do understand that this employment contract; the “Football Club” referred to as “The Employer” and the “Football Player” referred to as “The Employee”. The one has an obligation of training and competition by the policy of the football club only. And both are abide by the rules and regulation of football club that we have at present and or will be having new rules and regulations in the future. If the football player breaks one of these rules the football club can be canceling the contract and do not have to pay any remuneration to the football player immediately.
