เปิด Photoshop CS5 ไม่ได้ ช่วยหน่อยค่ะ

ลงโปรแกรมโฟโต้ชอปแล้วเปิดไม่ได้ รันโปรแกรมก็ไม่ได้ มันขึ้นป็อปอัพกากบาทสีแดงว่า " This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. " ต้องแก้ปัญหายังไงคะ
