เข้า 192.168.1.1 ไม่ได้

คือโทรศัพท์เราเชื่อมไวไฟได้ เล่นเฟสบุค ทวิตเตอร์ ไลน์ได้  แต่เราเข้าเบราว์เซอร์ หรือเว็บอะไรไม่ได้เลย ไปถามวิธีแก้จากเพจทรูออนไลน์มาเขาบอกว่าให้เข้า 192.168.1.1 แล้วแก้ไขตามบอก แต่คือแค่ 192.168.1.1 ยังเข้าไม่ได้เลยค่ะ มันขึ้นว่า
