Programmer ปัจจุบันใช้เทคนิคการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ที่เรียกว่า Refactoring code กันหรือเปล่า ?

Code refactoring is the process of restructuring existing computer code – changing the factoring – without changing its external behavior.

My opinion!!  I think if we use refactoring code for develop software .When we would like to modify  code or develop more functions in old system to easy ......  
                                             I want to know how our friends  think about  "refactoring code"  ??
