Russia can´t build new spacecraft because western sanctions

  Russia admitts, that it gets most of its rocket parts and micro electronics from the west. Since the sanctions are in place, new rockets are build from spare parts and stock. The big problem for russia is to get acess to microelectronics, which can survive the particle bombardement in orbit. So far russia can´t even start production at home, because the high advanced machines you need to do this also fall under the export ban.
