[Windows 8] มีปัญหาTemporary profileค่ะ พยายามแก้ไขแล้ว

ตอนแรกมันขึ้นประโยคนี้มาน่ะค่ะ
"You've been signed in with a temporary profile.
You can't access your files, and files created in this profile will be deleted when you sign out. To fix this, sign out and try signing in later. Please see the event log for more details or contact your system administrator."

แล้วตรงstart menu ไอคอนต่างๆก็หายเกือบหมดเลย
ก็เลยเสิร์ทหาข้อมูลดู และลองแก้ตามคำแนะนำ

จนหน้าจอมันไม่ขึ้นประโยคข้างบนแล้ว แต่หน้าจอ start มันยังเป็นเหมือนเดิมอยู่

แบบนี้ แสดงว่ามันยังเป็น temporary profile หรือเปล่าคะ
มีวิธีแก้ไขยังไงได้บ้างคะ
