Wifi หอ เล่นไม่ได้ มันขึ้น unindentified not internet access

เล่นห้องตัวเองเล่นไม่ได้ แต่พอมาเล่นห้องเพื่อนที่อยู่ข้างๆกันกลับเล่นได้
ทำไมถึงเป็นแบบนี้ครับ อยากทราบมากๆ ลองหาวิธีแก้แล้วก็ไม่ได้ผล
