หากข้อมูลที่ให้ คือเรียน IT ก็ไม่สอดคล้องครับ

ข้อมูลนี้เอาไปทำวิทยานิพนธ์อะไรได้บ้างครับ ป โท IT
ปัญหาที่พบในสายงานหลัก ๆ เลยคือ
1 การไม่ชำระหนี้คืน กยศ. ของผู้กู้ที่จบการศึกษาไปแล้วเมื่อครบกำหนดชำระหนี้ (2 ปีหลังจากปีที่จบ)
2 ผู้กู้บางคนไม่ได้เดือดร้อนจริง ๆ แต่ได้กู้เพราะเคยกู้มาจาก มัธยมตอนปลาย ปวช ซึ่งการคัดเลือกผู้กู้จาก รร เดิมไม่เคร่งครัด
3 ไม่เคยมีการสำรวจว่าเมื่อเด็กได้เงินค่าครองชีพ เดือน ละ 2200 แล้วเอาไปใช้จ่ายอะไรบ้าง ตลอดปีการศึกษา
4 การสร้างจิตสำนึกของการเป็นผู้กู้ที่ดีนั้นทำได้ยาก
จะทำวิทยานิพนธ์ออกมาในแนวทางไหนดี แล้วระบบIT ที่จะมาช่วยงานวิจัยครั้งนี้จะออกมาในรูปแบบไหน
Programming coding ผมก็ไม่ค่อยเก่งเท่าไหร่ แต่สามารถสร้างเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นได้ PHP ฐานข้อมูล SQL server อย่างนี้ได้ครับ
