Buzzdock กับ Greener web เอาโปรแกรมนี้ออกยังไงครับ Window7

คือ พยายาม search หาวิธี Uninstall ออก ก็ไม่ได้ มันขึ้นว่า

แล้วก็มีช่องให้พิมพ์ได้ แต่ผมไม่รู้ว่า ต้องพิมพ์ตัวอักษรอะไร ระหว่าง 2 บรรทัดนี้ มันว่างเปล่า และก็กด Begin Uninstall ไม่ได้ มันเฟสเทา
