แล็ปท็อปเสียงหายคะช่วยแนะนำหน่อยคะ

เปิดแล็ปท็อปไม่ถึง10นาทีเสียงหายคะลองเข้าไป Control panel แล้วไปที่ Sound และก็ playback กดคลิ้กที่ Speakers แล้วก็กด Configure
แล้วก็กด test มันขึ้นภาษาอังกฤษว่า
