ซื้อแอพไม่ได้ครับไม่รู้เป็นอะไร

ว่าจะใช้ ซื้อของ ใน steam , appstore แต่มันก็ไม่ได้ครับ ของ true จะเป็นแบบนี้ไปตลอดเลย ไหมครับ your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method

มันขึ้นว่า Your payment method was declined please click billing info and update ...... แต่พอคลิกเข้าไปอัพเดทแล้ว มันก้อเหมือนจะได้ มันถามว่ายืนยันจะสมัครมั้ย ละก้อให้ใส่ touch id แต่พอใส่ touch id
