Certified copies

I've been asked from the UOA to provide a certified document that can verify my legal name (passport). They said that the followings can certify documents
1. Notary public
2. Commissioner of Oaths
3. Apostilles

which made me so confused as I have no idea how I can find these in Bangkok.

Any help is highly appreciated !!
