เสียบ iPhone
คลิกขวา My Computer > Manage
ไปที่ Device manager มองหา ไอคอน ที่เป็นดีไวท์ตกใจ หรือ ที่คิด ว่าเป้นดีไวท์ของ iPhone ครับ
จากนั้น คลิกขวา เลือก Update Driver Software
เลือกหัวข้อ Browse my Computer for driver software แล้วกดปุ่ม Browse...
ไปที่ C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers แล้วทำการ Update Driver ครับ
คลิกขวา My Computer > Manage

จากนั้น คลิกขวา เลือก Update Driver Software
เลือกหัวข้อ Browse my Computer for driver software แล้วกดปุ่ม Browse...
ไปที่ C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers แล้วทำการ Update Driver ครับ

My computer มองไม่เห็น iphone ค่ะ T-T
ลอง uninstall แล้วก็ใช้ไม่ได้

iTunes
พอติดตั้ง itunes ใหม่แล้วคราวนี้กลายเป็นว่า iPhone ก็เชื่อมต่อ itunes ไม่ได้ ขึ้นว่า This iphone can not be used because the required software is not installed. Run the itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again.
หนูควรทำไงต่อไปค่ะ
