คอมเล่นเน็ตไม่ได้ค่ะ ต่อสายแลนจากมหาวิทยาลัยค่ะ

1.ตอนนี้ต่อสายแลนของหอในมหาลัย แล้วต่อไม่ได้ ขึ้นว่า  Windows can't communicate the device or resource (primary DNS server)
2.ทดสอบลองเล่นไวไฟแล้ว สามารถใช้ได้ตามปกติ
3.ใช้ Google chrome ในการเล่นเน็ค
4..เช็คจาก cmd (ipconfig/ALL) ได้ดังนี้ค่ะ
