หนูมีเรื่องรบกวนตั้งแต่วันปีใหม่เลย ^^
คือหนังสือฉบับนี้เป็นกึ่งๆสัญญาค่ะ คนสั่งงาน(คุณแม่)เขาเรียกว่า 'หนังสือแสดงเจตนา' เรื่องของเรื่องคือ
คุณลุงชาวฟินแลนด์เขาหอบเงินซื้อบ้านในไทย ตอนนั้นเขายังไม่มีภรรยาชาวไทยจึงใส่ชื่อแม่เลี้ยงขาวไทยให้เป็นเจ้าของบ้านค่ะ
เขาได้จดทะเบียนกับสาวไทยเมื่อปีที่ผ่านมา เลยอยากโอนบ้านมาเป็นชื่อภรรยา แต่แม่เลี้ยงเขาไม่ค่อยเห็นด้วย
เขาปรึกษาให้ทนายร่างหนังสือนี้ขึ้นมา เพื่อชี้แจงแม่เลี้ยงและคุณพ่อของเขา
Condition
I am John, holding the passport no.######. Seven years ago, I bought a single-storied house (the title deed no. #####) for 1,049,000 Baht. The address is ............................... According to Thai legal, foreigners cannot hold Thai properties, there for I had bought the house in the name of my Thai step mother since 10th January, 2007.
On 15th July, 2013, I had married Mrs. T (the marriage certificate no. #######) so I have a desire to alternate the house to be owned by my wife from now on with the following conditions
1) As the house owner would be Mrs. T, she cannot sell or rent out the house.
2) I absolutely have the right to dwell and make all decisions about the house.
3) If the divorce occurs, Mrs. T will discard the house ownership and consent my decision to authorize whoever I choose to be the new owner.
4) In case that Mrs. T passes away, the ownership will be passed to Mr. C the son of Mrs. T that I have loved and taken care as my child. In this case Mr. C needs to respect and inspect me as a child dose with his father. And I have the right to dwell in the house till the death of me.
I have authorized the condition and signed with my full consciousness.

ถึงอย่างไรหนูก็อยากใช้ระดับภาษาที่ค่อนข้างเป็นทางการ ยอมรับเลยค่ะว่าศัพท์ในหัวแคบมากๆ ตามความรู้เด็กมอปลาย
ถ้ามีศัพท์เฉพาะหรือเป็นทางการกว่านี้ก็ขอความกรุณาด้วยนะคะ
