Findings: Uterus has normal size and echogenicity without mass.  
measured 7.7 x 4.3 x 3.8 cms. with endometrial thickness 1.2 cms.

Demonstrated a thin-walled cystic lesion with echogenic content at right adnexa size 2.1 x 1.9 cms.
and a smooth thicken-wall cyst with echogenic content

and few thin septation at Left adnexa size 4.4 x 3.1 cms.

favor endometriotic cysts.

Minimal free fluid in pelvic cavity is seen.
