พอดี Plan ว่าจะเช่ารถขับเที่ยว ที่ Kawaguchiko ได้ Sent reservation ไปใน Web Nippon Rent-A-Car เพราะที่รับรถอยู่ใกล้สถานีดีคะ (แต่ถ้าใครมีที่อื่นแนะนำที่ถูกว่า รบกวนด้วยนะคะ) ตอนนี้เค้าให้ราคา 9800 Yen ต่อวัน
แต่หลังจากจองไป ได้ email ตอบกลับมาตามข้างล่างคะ (เค้ามีเขียน condition international driving license ไว้ เราไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ เลยบอกเค้าไปว่า เราเป็นคนไทย ถือ Driving license Thai)
You indicated your International driving permit is issued under convention of 1968,
However, unfortunately, it is not valid in Japan.
Please note there are a lot of different kinds of International Permits in the world. Some are allowed to drive in some countries and some are not.
If you have International Permit already, please check the first page and see under which year the Convention on International Road Traffic was agreed.
If it states Convention on International Road Traffic, Sep 19th, 1949, you are allowed to drive in Japan with the International Permit.
However, if it states the year is 1968 or other, instead, you are not allowed to drive in Japan.
