Sync Iphone กับ itunes ไม่ได้ครับ

มันขึ้นว่า
         กำลังเชื่อข้อมูล ขั้นที่ (2 จาก 4)
          กำลังคัดลอกข้อมูลวินิจฉัย
...........
แล้วมันก็เด้งว่า

correctly. Please close the program.
